JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Operation Management responsibilities:
- Cooperate with the Board of Directors to manage all organization management activities, including Training and Development, Human Resources management strategies for the company and clinic entities, approved by the BOD, which need to abide by all laws and regulations of the Vietnamese medical industry
- Responsible for planning human resources, organization structure, manpower allocation, as well as deciding responsibilities and job descriptions for all employees
- Create a compensation & benefit system that is fair and motivating for employees
- Draft, judge, and amend systems, rules, and processes related to Human resources management
- Oversee internal promotional activities
- Develop HR strategies ranging from Talent Acquisition, career development, and HR policies tailored to each growth phase of the company
- Manage an Employee Performance Evaluation system and cooperate with other Department Heads and representatives to effectively evaluate employees and promote/demote/mobilize resources within the company
- Create, develop, and monitor all company rules, regulations, procedures, job standards, work manuals, HR policies, compensation & benefits to ensure the company remains competitive and attractive to its employees and the market
- Implement strategies to improve the company’s employee retention rates
- Consult with the BOD, other Department Heads and representatives to ensure all employees productivity and organization efficiency of both the company and clinics
- Deliver annual reports and other emergency tasks not mentioned in the JDs according to the company/upper management’s requirements
- Regularly propose improvement solutions to enhance work efficiency, business effectiveness, and service quality of the clinic
- Participate in the inspection of various departments to identify existing deficiencies and shortcomings in management and service quality, and promptly offering improvement solutions to address these issues
4. Discipline Building:
- Demonstrate a high sense of responsibility at work and always set an example by complying with the company's rules and regulations
- Ensure the security of information and taking responsibility for controlling the confidential documents related to the company's operations
5. Corporate Culture Development:
- Collaborate with the leadership team and related departments to cultivate a professional and efficient working environment
- Develop activities to engage employees in line with the company's corporate culture
6. Other responsibilities:
- Participate in the company's general plans and activities
- Undertake additional tasks as requested by the Managing director
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Academic Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree and above, preferably Economics/Human Resource Management majors
- Leadership Skills
- Good Communication Skills
- Persuasion Skills
- Planning Skills
- Human Resource Management specialized knowledge
- Labor Law knowledge
- Minimum 5 years of HR Director or 10 years of HR manager experience
- Prefers candidates with experience working for Clinics, Hospitals, and other Medical service organizations
- Prefers candidates with experience setting up a new organization and the whole organization strategy
- Strong English communication skills, Japanese is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office and data analytics tools
- Willing to abide to the company rules and culture
BENEFITS
- Working time: 8 hours per day Mon – Sat
- Salary: Up to 60 million VND depending on experience/seniority
- 13th month salary
